# Counterly Terms of Service (stub) By using Counterly POS, Admin, or HQ you agree to these terms. ## Service Counterly provides cloud POS software. You keep your merchant account and card terminals. Software fees are billed yearly per store (Core / Pro / Fuel). ## Acceptable use No unlawful sales. Age-restricted item controls must be configured for your jurisdiction. You are responsible for tax configuration accuracy. ## Hardware Supported scanners, printers, and terminal adapters are listed in the Hardware Compatibility guide.
